Feng Shui Tips for 2012 The Year of the Dragon from Monday 23rd January 2012

To set your home up for the best possible luck in the coming Year of the Dragon - a vibrant and exciting year, here are some simple, easy to do feng shui tips that will make a positive difference

1          Clear as much clutter as you can from your home especially check your wardrobe

your bookshelves and your office.  7½ minutes of clutter clearing a day done to

inspiring music inthe background is enough to get started.  Within 3 weeks you

will find it has made a real difference.

2          Specifically this year, and whatever your good directions are normally

according to your date of birth, avoid sitting facing and sleeping with

your head pointing in the following directions:

            East South East

            North

3          In order to make your projects and plans flow smoothly, for this one

year only, it is best to disperse energy in the South East.

Again, this is specific to this year and applies no matter what your date

            of birth is.

In order to do this, stand in the centre of your home with a compass and

find the South East.  As the compass directions change very rapidly inside

small spaces, it is ALWAYS preferable to do this from the centre of your home

            with an actual compass.

Just saying that "the sun goes down over there" is usually not accurate enough.

In this sector of your home, do the following:

a          remove all mirrors, red objects and round glass faceted crystal

                        balls or cut-glass crystal.

If there is a mirror in this sector that you cannot remove, ensure

it reflects lots of green objects, preferably live, green plants.

b          Hang a 6 hollow tubed, metal wind chime in the South East OR

place a large luscious, round leaved, green plant there.

If you choose to hang a wind chime, ensure there are no mirrors

in the same room.  Bear in mind some TV screens, when turned

                        off, act as a mirror.
