Tibetan Bell, Stick and Dorje
The Bell represents wisdom and the femenine aspect of the divine while the dorje or thunderbolt represents the creative forceful male energy.
During ceremionies, the bell is held in the left hand with the dorje in the palm of your right hand. As the sound of the bell resonates, together they balance the negative with the positive to harmonise one's life and surroundings.
We also supply a stick with each bell and dorje in order to use the bell in the same method as a singing bowl. To make the bell sing, hold the bell in one hand, with the other lightly strike the bell with the wooden stick, then keeping contact with the bell move the stick around the rim of the bell.
